"No Reply at All" was the second track and first single from the 1981 Genesis album Abacab, which signaled a decisive turning point away from the band's prog-rock roots to a more accessible pop music format. Phish performed the song on 3/15/10 at New York's Waldorf Astoria during the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremonies for Genesis. Following Phish's performance of "Watcher of the Skies" and Trey's heartfelt induction speech , Phish performed "No Reply at All" backed by the horn section from the CBS Orchestra (Tom Malone on trombone, Al Cheznovitz on trumpet and Bruce Kapler on saxophone). While the vocals were perhaps not studio quality, the song was delivered crisply and featured Mike attacking the song's signature bass lines.
